- Files
Although educators recognize what comprises a good professional learning experience and the research agrees, all too often professional learning in practice does not match those needs. In order for professional learning to be considered high quality and effective, three key principles must be addressed. During this webinar you'll learn the practical and research-based non-negotiables set forth in the new Principles for High-Quality, Standards-Aligned Professional Learning resource from Student Achievement Partners, and you'll be introduced to some of the specific action steps educators in any role can take starting as soon as tomorrow.
This webinar offers a certificate verifying professional learning time on the topic. To receive this certificate, select the “Access On-Demand” option and complete the webinar as a registered participant.
This learning experience will be most powerful if used as part of a comprehensive, ongoing program of content-specific professional learning. To learn more, see the Professional Learning Principles.
